The last 12 months have seen many festivals and open-air events impacted by the increasing number of extreme weather events in Europe. And many organisers are now having to plan for extreme heat – a new issue in previously temperate markets. So how does the business prepare for a climate that is both changing fast and more unpredictable than ever?
