Olea’s journey commenced with Tuboleta, revolutionising Colombian event ticket sales during the dot-com era. Under his leadership, Tuboleta became the nation’s premier online ticketing platform, managing 300 events simultaneously and selling 6.5m tickets annually.

In 2015, he co-founded Movistar Arena Bogotá, a groundbreaking entertainment venue setting new industry standards. In 2018, TBL Live was established, becoming synonymous with exceptional event experiences. Under Olea’s guidance, TBL Live consistently delivers memorable moments, over 30 shows per year, reflecting his dedication to fostering a vibrant event culture and driving growth within the industry in Colombia.
